Just completed my year-long Invisalign journey and I'm totally satisfied with the results. The doctors are very skilled and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Outside of that, what makes Smith Smile stand out as well is the amazing staff! Everyone is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and they make you feel comfortable at all times. Additionally, both locations are always very clean and well kept! Would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Smith and Dr. Ryan have been caring for my daughter for the past two years, and their commitment has been exceptional every step of the way. They go above and beyond—taking time to explain everything clearly, coming in on a Saturday to fix her Invisalign, and even reaching out to other dental offices to coordinate care. Her appointments are always quick, and the entire team is incredibly warm and welcoming. We’re so grateful to have found such compassionate professionals!

My daughter has been coming here for about a year. Her appointments have been very pleasant until her last one. My daughter left in tears and was upset for a good amount of time afterwards. The lady taking care of her accused her of not listening and intentionally not following the daily care instructions for her braces. She was rude, condescending and unprofessional. She made many snarky comments that were unnecessary. This was my daughter's 3rd appointment since she has her braces put on. If my daughter was doing anything incorrectly, I believe it was a good time to teach and help her. For the money we pay I expect a good experience every time. We will not go back to this location just to avoid the chance that my daughter might have to encounter this woman again.

We have been seeing Dr. Smith for years, he is fabulous. Love the work he does. His staff is always attentive and friendly!
