The best veterinary care anywhere. I drive 50 minutes each way to bring my pup to Smith Ridge, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Jenna is warm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and I trust her completely, especially with my GSD, who requires regular medication for Addison’s and osteoarthritis. We were able to catch everything early thanks to her expertise and attention to detail. I’m so grateful for the level of care and compassion she (and the staff) provides. Truly, the best!

Best place for holistic approach. My dog could not walk due to arthritis in her legs and hips. Dr. Donato has treated her for the past 7 yrs with diet modifications, tons of supplements, Chinese herbal medicine and chiropractic adjustments. She walks again!! Thank you Smith Ridge 💕

They shut their phones down from 1-2pm EVERY DAY - what kind of business does this? I recently had an emergency where I needed a blood panel emailed to me and I was unable to reach anyone there for almost 2 hours in the middle of the day. I have used them for 15 years with 4 dogs - Marty was an amazing vet and always great for us. But now I am taking my business elsewhere. No medical facility should have a policy where they choose to be "unavailable" for hours in the middle of the day.

You took great care of Vinnie as well as many of my other 13 pets. I love you guys so much and am so appreciative of your expertise and kindness. I feel safe in your hands.
