I had the privilege of visiting Smilodon Dental for the first time after being referred by my stepdaughter, Kelissa, who works there—and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Ormaza was wonderful: professional, understanding, and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. The entire team was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. The office is clean, modern, and has a great atmosphere. It’s clear that everyone truly cares about their patients’ comfort and experience. Even though this was my first visit, I can already tell I’ll be coming back for all my dental care needs. I highly recommend Dr. Ormaza and the Smilodon Dental Nashville team! And I even left with some souvenirs. :)

I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ormaza. I was really nervous, but the whole team made me feel comfortable. One of the staff members, Erica, even held my hand during the procedure and talked with me to help keep me calm, which I thought was really sweet. Everything went smoothly, and I had no complications. My swelling went down a lot by the next day. Dr. Ormaza and his team are amazing, and I would definitely recommend them.

This office and its staff are truly amazing. They always make me feel comfortable, and they’re incredibly informative about every step of my treatment plan. During each visit, the dentist takes the time to explain what’s happening and what the end goal is, which I really appreciate. I recently needed an emergency appointment due to tooth pain, and they got me in the very next day. They performed an emergency procedure that brought instant relief. Whenever someone tells me they’re looking for a dentist, I always recommend this office without hesitation.

My husband and I went to Smilodon for a general dental checkup.
