We had a great experience at this dental office today. The service was very friendly and kind, and everyone was welcoming from the moment we walked in. They were especially wonderful with the kids. I really appreciated how comfortable they made my children feel. Highly recommend!

This is not a good dentist! He can’t do everything that the old school dentists were able to do. I recommend you find another dentist! You can not graduate dental school without knowing how to do everything, but he just does not want to. The staff will tell you that you need procedures that are not necessary, because they don’t care about you. They want more money! The dentist will run up a bill with procedures you don’t need! A good caring dentist will tell you how to care for your teeth, but this guy Carlos does not care!

The new dentist that took over fell asleep while drilling…woke up from snoring and hit the tooth behind the one he was working on. Then without listening to what we were saying he then started drilling on my bridge and made it to where I couldn’t get it permanently installed. On top of that they billed my insurance for work they didn’t do at all. Now I’m in the office and they don’t want to see me to get this claim corrected. Saying the manager is busy and what’s it about but sitting at the desk laughing and having a conversation with the secretary. I found another dental office and they are the best! Always Cancels Appointments, always says there was an emergency. Three times now. Gave me false information about fraud. Told me no cleaning was better than a regular cleaning. I said you mean tell me you can’t do a deep cleaning, so give me a regular cleaning. Said it won’t do no good and it’s going to look like fraud on insurance cause we put you need a deep cleaning. Insurance company said they were completely wrong.

We arrived early for our appointment after rushing and leaving an event early, and were told they cancelled it because we didn’t confirm. I showed proof of confirmation (they had responded “thank you for confirming” the day before), and they said we’d have to wait or reschedule, so we rescheduled. I asked that they confirm the appointment ahead of time and I went ahead and filled out the paperwork. When we came in for the second appointment, it took two hours (they didn’t call our name until over 20 minutes after our appointment time) just for a generic cleaning. Dental practitioners were very nice and good at their job, but front office did not apologize for their error, and didn’t communicate on the front end.
