I had an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly professional. Dr.Luonge was outstanding.. he took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Marieann, who assisted with my cleaning, was just as wonderful. She was gentle, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how organized and efficient the office is. I was seen promptly, everything was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed. They truly care about their patients. Hands down to the best dental office in town. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and exceptional care!

We had a 7:00 a.m. appointment and waited nearly three hours without any communication or updates. My daughter hadn’t even had breakfast, and by 10:30 a.m. we were still waiting. The lack of consideration and communication was very disappointing. We left and will be finding another dental office.

This is my favorite Dental place to go to! Have been coming here since I was little and never had a problem, the staff is caring and patient and I always get the best results with my teeth. I had impacted wisdom teeth and got them taken out here, felt safe and taken care of. I always make sure to recommend smiles west dental to my friends and family when I can.

It’s a very reliant and accommodating dental office. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean.
