Really nice people, everyone was there willing to help with a big smile, made me feel welcomed. The reception was very helpful filling out my paperwork. I have had a tooth bothering me since I could remember. The doctor is really good and explained all my possible concerns and treatments that we can do. The second girl in the front was nice and explained my different options, so far a good experience here.

Went for tooth cleaning and to get a root canal everything went great ...my teeth feel way cleaner after the tooth cleaning and look great also.... it helped with my reseading gum I had in a front tooth.....The Dr treated me right professionally and did a great job on my root canal didn't feel much pain at all .....the girls in the front helped with my appointments and paper work and in notifying me ahead of time for future appointments...I give this location a 5 star because of the service and treatment they provided for me .

Wow. Just wow. I didn’t realize I needed to be a mind reader to know my appointment was canceled. Apparently, the office made a “mistake” you know, one they had a few weeks to correct; but of course, not a single call, text, email, smoke signal or pigeon mail .. absolutely nothing. Impressive communication skills. And the receptionist? Whether it was that rude girl named Jessica or Imelda .. Honestly, her attitude deserves its own award. The level of rudeness she gave me on the phone was almost talent. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, she acted like I personally ruined her day by asking a simple question about my own appointment. If this is the level of professionalism they’re proud of, then congratulations — they nailed it. I’ll gladly take my time, money, and sanity to a place

The customer service is just horrible. My son has waited for a specialist appointment for weeks although he has been struggling with pain and Jessica who works there is rude and just has no sympathy when canceling a confirmed appointment. I understand mistakes and over booking may occur but there is no reason whatsoever to have such a bad attitude towards patients who are customers. It’s just unacceptable won’t be going back here again. Management needs to really consider the service their staff is providing.

I’m very disappointed with the treatment I received from the receptionist, Jessica. From the moment she answered the phone, her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping or providing clear information, she made me feel like I was an inconvenience. No patient should be spoken to that way, especially when they’re calling a dental office for assistance. This kind of attitude reflects poorly on the entire practice. I hope the office addresses this, because the level of disrespect I experienced is unacceptable.
