This establishment was absolutely amazing, first time there with my kids and my sister and the atmosphere is everything!!! EVERYONE was very nice and respectful and the receptionist is beyond awesome sweet and friendly she took her time with us made sure everything was copacetic and we were comfortable every step of the way, she also got us back very fast not to mention we were Late!!! lol thanks so much for that🥰 incredible staff!! my kids also felt very comfortable and safe laughing the whole time.. great job smiles R us👏

I had an appointment today for 9:30am for my daughter and sat for almost an hour waiting to be seen. This is the second time this has happened. Smh. This made no sense. I ended up leaving because my husband had to go to work. I will be sending my daugter to another dentist. I gave two stars because the receptionist was nice about it and apologized, but it wasn’t her fault. This place got to do better with people’s time. Don’t schedule a person for a specific time if they are NOT going to be SEEN at the particular time!

Dr. Saman is the absolute best. He and his staff made a bad situation a very comforting experience for me and I cannot thank them enough. Had a root canal performed with the utmost care and consideration. I highly recommend this location in Woodlawn.

So I’m putting my review back up because they tried to bribe my sister by saying it would be a discount for her root canal if I took my review down so I did on behalf of my sister. But as of right now, she has called the place four times and they have not answered. She has now currently went up there and they’re telling her that they don’t see a “note” for the said discount… So yeah, as I was saying, I hate hate hate coming here every time I have an appointment I’m always being seen an HOUR!!!! after my scheduled time. What’s the point in scheduling people if they’re not even being seen around that time!!??? I understand 10 or 15 minutes, maybe 20 but an hour just for a cleaning or whatever.. We had a 2:30 appointment and was not seen until 3pm. There was a miscommunication and we didn’t get the cleaning I thought I scheduled. The staff is always kind and professional. I just have to make sure I pay better attention to instructions. I still have to make cleaning appointments.
