Smiles Pediatric Dental Care

My daughter has been a patient for over 12 years since 2 years old. We love this facility and all its staff. I love when they refer to me as “Mommy” on calls and during visits. Feels friendly and welcoming. The orthodontist and her staff are top notch. I enjoy working with them. Only thing I’d want again is the treasurer chest they used to have for the kids after they finished their cleaning. My daughter looked forward to finding something new.

Receptionist and staff are exceptionally kind, very attentive and highly helpful. Skilled in every way. There is just one lady who is very harsh and I’ve had several cleanings with her, last I went I was bleeding severely and had inflamed gums by the end of it. Very unhappy with that. She’d scraped her tool on the roof of my mouth and simply went “oops.” Felt her ripping through my gums. Other than that, I’ve always had great experiences

Dr. Patel & J’Nae went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was comfortable after ortho work done earlier in the week. She had a wire poking and they got her right in! Amazing customer service.

I recently visited Smiles with my daughter.The level of care met and exceeded my expectations.The brilliant and beautiful left handed Dr Patel explained her findings in such a clear way that I believe my daughter would have understood everything conveyed after her exam whether I was present or not. Thanks for professionalism.

I wish the staff was more personable. Introduce yourself as an assistant, acknowledge the patient before starting to work in someone’s mouth. Customers service could be worked on.
