Smiles of Winchester

I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist at Winchester Smiles. I emailed over a week in advance requesting a referral form but never received a response. When I called to follow up, the interaction felt dismissive and there was no acknowledgment of the unanswered email. I was told I would need to come pick up the referral in person, which was not feasible, and when I asked why it couldn’t be sent by phone, email, or fax, I wasn’t given an explanation. I also felt that I was being interrupted during the conversation. To add to the frustration, I ultimately saw the periodontist and was told that no procedure was necessary.

Easy access in Winchester (has limited parking right in front). Front desk was helpful getting registered. Appointment started right on time. Kaitlyn (hygienist) was friendly and efficient. Dr. DiBenedetto stopped by toward the end to make sure all was ok. They set me up for my next cleaning. Very nice practice and love their location.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Matter of fact, my entire family comes here. Honestly the best staff and the kindest folks that care. The facility is very clean and when I'm there, I always feel like I'm the only one there! Highly recommended!
