Dr. Shaheen and his entire staff have been amazing! Our family of 4 became patients in 2019 just before covid and even though all the craziness of the pandemic, they were spot on with everything. Scheduling and rescheduling is always a breeze, they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely care about patients. Thank you for making dental visits fun!

My family and I have been happy with Dr. Shaheen for years now. Prompt appointments, friendly staff, and they're always great at explaining to me what's going on and what to expect. Lorita did my cleaning today for the first time and she was great. She used a water pick I think it was called. It was really gentle and comfortable compared to the usual cleaning. From the front desk getting you scheduled in and out, to Lorita the registered dental hygienist who does the most thorough job ever and who can forget Dr. James Shaheen who will walk you through everything step by step in a way you can totally understand. Let me start be saying I am very terrified of anything to do with the dentist. No need to be terrified any longer ;) My experience from start to finish was excellent! I had work done and Michelle and Tia were wonderful, kind, and really seemed to care about you as a person. To me that is a very big step on how the appointment will follow. Dr Shaheen was wonderful as well and along with me having to do gas, he is really awesome at the shots and the whole procedure from start to finish. He is also very kind and keeps you very comfortable. Thank you to all of you at Smiles of Grand River. Also a side note Carrie is a wonderful hygienist as well. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!!
