Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. Oct 30th. After new patient xrays the dentist recommended 2 crown replacements. One on either side of my mouth and a filling. I went ahead and decided to have everything done as it was within a price I could afford and the person who went over the costs with me said 2-3 weeks for the crowns to come in. They would do the cleaning when the crowns came in. That appointment also took over 3 hours. After not hearing from them for 3 weeks, I called on Nov 18th. They told me then that the crowns shipped that morning. On Nov 25th, I called again. Spoke to Ariel. She said the lab is having issues and that the crowns have not arrived. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD! Worst dental ever! They gave my spouse an incomplete treatment plan. Didn’t do a proper exam at all. Dr. Allen Charles came in without doing a perio exam and told her she needed a deep cleaning. For anyone who doesn’t know what a deep cleaning is, the hygienist goes under the gums and cleans. This procedure cost significantly more than just a regular cleaning and is charged per quadarant of the mouth. The way to see if someone needs a deep cleaning is to probe into the gums to see if they have pockets greater than 6mm. This Dr didn’t do that at all. The tooth that is broken (the toothache) was not even discussed or put on the treatment plan given to her. I was a dental assistant for 10 years. Went for the first time in July 2024. Never had a great experience but it went drastically downhill the second time I went in early 2025... Never even saw a dentist but they charged me for it. Now they are trying to charge me for 'my recent visit' when I haven't been in over a year. Won't answer the phone, won't return calls, won't return emails, won't return texts.

I had been calling since last Tuesday to check up on my crowns and no one was picking up Thursday after calling twice all of a sudden my call started to go to voicemail. Friday someone finally contacted me, but prior to that not a peep. I go to get serviced and it took 10mins to be checked in, 45 to be taken back to a room and a whole other 20 to finally get worked on. I tried to reschedule but I was told I was going to need to pay $50 I understand it was a last minute cancellation but I had to jump through hoops to leave my child in someone’s care my disabled child at that and this was told to the receptionist. Staff is courteous and efficient. I want to specifically shout out Jennifer. She provides clear instructions and updates as she's cleaning my teeth, so I know what's happening and if things look okay. She has also provided helpful tips for my home care. The dentist has always stressed me out, but she has really helped put me at ease.
