We've been here a couple of times. And the first time we went was wonderful. But this last time, was terribly unprofessional... we got there about 15 minutes before our appointment. Sat and waited for till almost 130. (30 minutes after our scheduled appt time) with a two year old... About 10 families (all children older than our toddler...) came in after us.. i could hear their different appointment times after 1 PM. All of them were called back before we were... I had to ask twice about when we would be called cause my two year old was getting uncomfortable waiting.. only to be told they checked me in and we'd be "called back right now" As the techs came in and would call someone back, they grab pieces of paper, sifting through them all then picking one and calling a patient back... tha

You might as well not even show up for your appointment because they’ll have you waiting in the lobby for an hour until they tell you they marked you as absent even though you checked in and still give you attitude. Maybe if the receptionist wasn’t scrolling on her phone she’d be aware of who’s right in front of her.

This place is the worst! Do not bring your children here. They are incredibly rude and disorganized. My child has major anxiety about the dentist and they did nothing to put her at ease. The front desk staff is incredibly rude and gave us contradicting information on several occasions. Absolutely terrible! Especially the woman in the front with the tape on her glasses. She should not work in a field that has anything to do with customer service!

Dr Call is awesome but the newer receptionist was rude. She even admitted to not knowing how to do the text message to confirm appointments. We show up the day of appt on time and was told we had to reschedule because the appt wasn't confirmed the day before. She claims to be the one to call to confirm but I have no missed calls from dentist office.

They do not serve/accommodate special needs children, if you know you have a child who have accommodations for their disability, this is not the place. My child needed sedation for a procedure, insurance or affordability was not in question here. They made sure they have dismissed us without saying it too loud. Am a healthcare care worker so I know how dismissal looks like. Ooh and if you are not a local and if you are a minority, oh boy it makes it worse. Run!
