I had a very positive experience during my recent visit for my six-month cleaning. I was pleased to hear that I had no plaque, which shows that my efforts at home are working. Dr. Jackson also took the time to revisit a treatment plan from 2023 concerning my incisors. I appreciate how he explained the situation clearly and respectfully, without pressuring me into anything unnecessary. He’s always professional, polite, and makes me feel comfortable with his honest approach. I trust his judgment and value the care I receive at this office.

BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a dentist visit!!!!!!!!. I was referred here by 2 co-workers who had nothing but great things to say. They were absolutely correct. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office, it was the most thorough appointment I have ever had. Everything explained, everything understandable, everything made sense. No upselling for all kinds of extra stuff you could spend lots of money on, straightforward and factual advice. I'm a project manager but a microbiologist by training, I travel for work and I 100% will be keeping Dr Jackson for all my future dental appointments even if I have to drive 300 miles for my appointment and book a hotel. Always a pleasure coming here, I my brought my daughter for 2 visits so far (she's 19 months) and Dr. Jackson is always gentle with her and never forces anything as he knows the negative impact that imposes on children and their visits to the dentist. Always kind and caring, thank you for being so patient with my daughter and other children! :)

Dr. Jackson's experience as a skilled Dentist, once again was in full display. He eased my fears of a severe infected tooth, that needed pulled out. While extracting the tooth, I didn't feel any pain because of his strategic know how of applying the right amount of numbing agent that made it beyond bearable. Thank you Dr. Jackson.
