Both of my daughters have been treated here with palate expanders and braces, and my oldest is just getting her final set off. Every visit has been a wonderful experience from the moment we walk through the door. Tara is amazing — she’s so sweet, responds to texts right away, and always goes above and beyond to accommodate our busy schedule. And Dr. Lorino is truly exceptional. He genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. One winter, my daughter had some gum inflammation around her expander, and Dr. Lorino personally called me from his own phone, reviewed photos, and guided me through what to do — even during the holidays! Smiles by Lorino is the place to go for your braces. Staff is nice, helpful and quick. There is no waiting in the waiting room, they are always on time. Dr Lorino always takes time to explain the process and address any of your questions/concerns. The process of having braces, appointments was a breeze and I can’t believe it has been two years. They just get them taken off today and results are exceptional!! Highly recommended.
