After being told by another area dentist that I needed a deep perio cleaning instead of my regular 6 month cleaning, I wanted a second opinion so I scheduled a visit to Dr Hazen's practice on a neighbor's recommendation . Their office wanted my Insurance card as well as $75.00 to make an appointment for an evaluation. On the day of my visit, I was asked to pay an additional amount of money and my Insurance would be billed for the balance. 60 days later I received a nasty letter stating that they had run out of time on my billing and if I didnt pay the balance it would affect my credit rating. The people in the office where nice enough, and tried to explain their Insurance billing practices, but my beef with Hazen is that they NEVER told me how much an evaluation would cost up front. They

I’ve trusted Dr. Hazen with my dental care for over 10 years, and I don’t take that lightly. She is exceptionally skilled, thoughtful, and steady in her approach. I trust her completely — both for myself and for my family — and that level of confidence and peace of mind is invaluable. Her office is professional, welcoming, and consistently delivers high-quality care. I’m genuinely grateful to have found a dentist I respect and rely on so deeply.

The staff here are friendly and outstanding overall. I trust Dr Hazen to always do what’s best for me and my kids. There might be cheaper options but you won’t find a more trustworthy office. Only thing I would change is the credit card surcharge that they pass on to their clients. Their service is so good that I’m willing to work around the 3% they claim the point of sale forces you to pay. Highly recommend Dr Hazen and her team.

I’ve been going to Smiles by Hazen for 3 years now. Best dentist I’ve ever gone to. All staff are very professional and friendly. Everything is explained in detail and they always ask if I have any questions. I’m very nervous having dental work done. I had a crown redone yesterday and it was so easy and uneventful. I highly recommend Smiles by Hazen!
