Smiles 1st Children’s Dentistry – Montgomery

I went here due to Cincinnati childrens extremely long waiting list and I’m SO very thankful I did. My daughter needed more immediate care especially since I had a 8 month wait for CCH dentistry still and they fit us in here rather quickly. And since coming here we have gone only to here due to their office being so incredible. They are all so sweet and caring there but I need to mention the woman, Ela, who works there is absolutely amazing. She is so incredibly kind and patient. I am SO thankful for her love and care for JulieAnna especially when it definitely could be a negative for experience for children going to the dentist. But everyone there deserves praise and recognition there from everyone who is so sweet at the front desk to everyone in the back. Thank you so much!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and created a child-friendly environment, which I believe contributes to a less stressful experience for the children. While I wish appointments were not scheduled so far in advance, this is a common practice among most specialists at the moment. Overall, it was a positive experience. I eagerly anticipate my daughter receiving additional services and bringing my other children as well.

First appointment for my Irish twins went more than perfect. Very welcoming environment and staff for nervous kids, fast easy check in and service. They scheduled our next appointment at check in which is very proactive. I just loved it! And they take Caresource! Looking forward to using this dentistry more over the years!

I brought my daughter for her first dental visit and the staff was very welcoming. The dental assistant explained and obtained consent for everything she planned to do, and the dentists were very pleasant as well and gave meaningful feedback. It was important to me that I brought my daughter to an office that catered to children and she tolerated the quick service better than I expected she would. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We went to Smiles 1st today for our son’s very first dentist appointment and the whole experience was wonderful! We felt welcomed, comfortable, and it was an age-appropriate experience for our 2-year old son that made us feel so glad that we chose them. Our dental hygienist and Dr. Daisy were both friendly, warm, informative, and provided clear and helpful feedback when I asked them specific questions. It was a really positive experience!
