SmileMclean Dentistry - Dr. Fredrick Farahi & Dr. Neda Etessam

Staff is cooperative, professional, and friendly. I needed dentures and I was concerned about how they would work out. Dr. Farahi told me that i could stop being concerned about the fit; that was his job. Then he said, "I won't let you leave until you are happy." And he didn't!

I have been a patient of Doctor Farahi since January 2022. I am always happy with my visits to his office. He is very nice and does a very thorough and caring job. His office is impeccable. Great time management. And the staff at the office are all very pleasant and polite. If there were more stars to give, I would gladly go for the max.

Lovely office with personable staff and ease of scheduling. We have been coming to Dr. Etessam and Dr. Farahi for many years for pediatric and adult dental care. Both doctors are very personable and great professionals. I am only taking away one star this time, as at my last cleaning, I did not appreciate the attitude and service by one of the hygienist. Perhaps, she was rather new and inexperienced, and she only had to do the polishing and flossing, but seemed rushed and sloppy in her work. When she broke the floss several times, it was clear she was annoyed and she asked me "do you floss?", as if it is my fault. Next time, I will ask for another hygienist.

Dr. Etessam is just incredible. My 26 year old son has been going to her since he was a baby. He is a complicated patient as he has a unique chromosome deletion that has led to, among other things, numerous extra teeth and teeth issues. She is incredibly patient and gentle with him, yet thorough. She is able to accomplish an almost miraculous feat of getting his teeth thoroughly clean and healthy! She also spends her free time coordinating with oral surgeons and others to make sure that he is getting the proper care. We are indebted to her for making sure he has a smile and a great one it is.

I took my twin boys to Dr. Neda Etessam in Mclean and she was amazing. Her check up was thorough. She spent enough time going over the treatment options with us. Dr Etessam and her staff (Annabell) were super patient and kind with my kids, putting them at ease during their treatments. Her Front Desk (Sirad and Shinah are amazing) got us on her schedule without a long wait and the registration/ insurance process was very easy and simple. Very professional set up and they are great with kids! We have more sessions scheduled and I’m thankful we found a good dental practice for the kids and us.
