Why bother telling patients you’ll relay a message to the dentist if you don’t follow through? I had to call back myself because REGINA at the front desk never returned my call. She also forgot to order my prescription immediately after the dentist instructed her to, forcing me to walk back in. The dentist is decent and kind, but the front desk is careless and unprofessional. If everything has to go through REGINA, be cautious — follow-up is unreliable.

They are extremely professional and helpful especially for the first time to make client feel comfortable in every possible way to feel supported. I can’t thank enough Regina how she navigated the process to ease the burden of insurance process. Outstanding team. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Smile 32 Family Dentistry of FREMONT, I scheduled an appointment three months ago and consistently followed up to ensure I would be seen in a timely manner, as I was experiencing significant pain and toothache. On the day of my appointment, I made the necessary arrangements to leave work and drove a considerable distance to the clinic, only to be informed that my appointment had been given to another patient who offered a higher payment $. The receptionist communicated this decision after consulting with the owner, who stated that they had the right to refuse service to anyone. Have only positive experience. Dr Kaur was nice, very knowledgeable and provided me with all the options about my medication. Had to get to Smile 32 after Western Dental tried to charge me $700 for tooth extraction even though it was covered by my insurance. No pain. Dr Kaur pulled a wisdom tooth easily. The people at the front desk were helpful and polite. As far as I know they accept dental Medical.
