Great location, close to my job! Kind staff Michelle and Yolanda took great care of me! Dr Patel was thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable and considerate of cost. He explained everything which I think is a crucial part to dental care to all clients. Overall great job. No pain in my mouth or pocket. Highly recommended... No welcome package but that's fine. 😊❤️

Overall visit was good! Friendly staff and new clean facility. I was a little late arriving, but staff was ready for me after I completed paperwork. Some staff seemed to still be learning the ropes, but were friendly and apologetic. Dr. Patel was great! Explained initial appointment process and what would be happening during my visit. Also was great at explaining what concerns he had and what he’d keep an eye on at my next appointment. Looking forward to all the staff to getting settled and a bit more seasoned.

My husband and I had to find another dentist when ours retired. She recommended Smile Obsession. We had our first appointment for our 6 month check up today. They are very thorough and detailed. They talk you through every step from the xrays to the polishing. The office is very clean up to date and the staff is professional and friendly. We enjoyed our appointments and have found a new dental home.

On the 20th of January, this was my first time going to Smile Obsession Beverly. It was such a wonderful experience, that I have been telling everyone about this group of professionals. From Victoria the dental assistant, Dr. Patel the man with the best plan for treatment/payment, and Michelle with front desk operations. It was my child and I first time going to this location and I have to admit we had a wonderful experience. The place was nice and clean and they also had wonderful customer service. No long wait time and everyone was nice and had great etiquettes. We look forward to visiting them again.
