Everyone were incredible! I had an emergency situation and although making an appointment is there policy they didn't hesitate to assist me, they showed so much care, empathy, and love. These are young people I'm talking about! They made sure ur clear with everything they explained to you! I was in so much pain and they made sure I was comfortable They even offered my blanket in the waiting room to ensure I stay warm. They will speak to u with so much love and understanding. They make you feel like family. I'm not talking about one person, the whole team is AMAZING!! I want to gift them one by one. If ur looking for a dentist that really CARE !! Check them out. The entire staff is super nice and professional.They explain everything very well and are super thorough with the x-rays. There's no guessing, and if there's a question, they'll take more X-rays. The office is nice, and clean and super welcoming. There's an arcade/play area for the kids. My daughter had to undergo sedation and they have a nice comfy room with a TV and they let your kiddo pick a show and relax while they're waiting for the medicine to kick in. I was seen by them as well and they were very thorough with evaluating my teeth and explaining costs and what my insurance would cover. Both the main Dr. that is on staff and the temporary one that comes once a week are fantastic. I was referred here by another location that didn't accept my insurance and I'm so glad we ended up here.

I love Smile Magic of Richardson! My son has been coming here ever since he was a baby and they’ve always been so patient. My son is now 4 years old and just had his X-Rays, they always take care of us and get us in and out. I would always recommend this Dentist office and will continue to bring my son here.

Amazing staff!!! From the receptionist to the doctors, the energy is amazing. Started taking my son and ended up getting services myself. Dr. Milani is so kind and helpful. Most trustworthy dentist we have visited.
