We had such an amazing first visit and we’re so excited to start this journey here. We have been to 2 other offices and this one just felt different. The staff is so helpful, the office couldn’t be in a better location, and the doctor was clear about the direction we needed to take to correct my daughter’s smile. There scheduling was seamless. Hannah is truly a gem. I really appreciate her attention to detail and thorough approach to the process. My daughter kept saying “everyone is so cool here” and being more on the quiet side I don’t hear that feedback from her often. We are so happy we made the choice to come here.

If I could give Smile Doctors, Dr. Shawn Murray and his staff 10 stars, I would. My daughter (who is almost 15) has been a very challenging orthodontic patient- with teeth that just wouldn't cooperate due to a specific tooth not wanting to come down. Dr. Murray was patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable through her 5-year treatment (which included two oral surgeries to help the tooth drop). He never gave up on her or tried to get us to give up and just pull the tooth/get an implant. She is now nearing treatment end and has a beautiful tooth that is healthy. The Smile Doctors staff is extremely kind and always makes my daughter feel comfortable and positive (as you can image 5 years with braces is a lot for a kid). 10/10 experience! Gloria was amazing at explaining the entire process and had THE BEST customer service. Dr Murray was great as well. I am very pleased to start my journey with Invisalign with Smile Doctors.

My daughter had invisalign with smile doctors and her smile is radiant now. I highly recommend working with them, the process was great for her and the results very much worth it. So much so, I'm doing invisalign with them now!

Have been trying to get a replacement retainer for my daughter since December. Was told multiple times someone would contact with me if there were any issues. Called again yesterday (02/04/26), nothing scheduled or ordered. Transferred again, no answer. Terrible customer service. Too bad because they used to be wonderful but with new answering service, it seems those days are over.
