Smile Doctors Orthodontics - Hinesville

We were referred to smile doctors for our daughter who was in need of braces for multiple reasons. And we could not be happier! Absolutely every single person in this office is amazing! Everyone is always so kind, ready to answer any questions and make our daughter feel so welcome and happy to be there! She actually looks forward to going! Which in my opinion says a lot! And I love that I am able to go back with her! There’s not a lot of places left that allow that anymore so that’s just another huge plus! They have the cutest little play area as well and refreshments! I could go on and on about this Dr. Robinson and his office and staff! We love everyone here! Side note: her braces look great! I’ve got three kids in braces, so we’re here a lot, and this office makes it feel easy. The staff is genuinely kind and remembers everyone. No explaining, no repeating, no chaos. Carmen at the front desk is like the cool aunt everyone loves. She knows you the second you walk in, keeps everything moving, and somehow makes the whole place feel calm and familiar. It feels less like an orthodontist office and more like your favorite family members home.

Carmen at the front desk was so nice and is always excited to help. Her professionalism speaks volumes!She checked me in quickly and soon after I was met at the front desk by Chasity. She is awesome! Kept me informed with every step of treatment she was performing. ( as some songs played she sang and has a beautiful voice🤭). She even checked with me to make sure I was properly applying my rubber bands and if I needed more supplies before leaving. Even asked about how my holiday break. Chasity is very kind and is a great asset to Smile Doctors. Thank you Chasity and Carmen for making my experience an AMAZING one!!!! I can't recommend them enough.

Everyone here is so kind and sweet! I’ve been coming here for years and have never encountered anyone with a bad attitude. The whole team is always professional, friendly, and welcoming. Carmen was especially nice when I came in to check in for my appointment — she made me feel comfortable and taken care of right away. Truly a great place with wonderful people!
