The staff is nice, the Dr is great, but appointments and appointment scheduling is NOT. It’s all great and wonderful and easy all the way up to installation of the braces. Braces were even installed around 5:30 PM. But they don’t schedule maintenance appointments for that late. So if you are a family where both parents work full time jobs, I do not recommend. If you are a stay at home mom or have plenty of help for kids appointments, then I would highly recommend.

I don’t typically do Google reviews, but we have been very displeased with this service. The braces experience was decent; however, the post braces has been terrible. My son had his initial retainer supposedly ordered only to find out it wasn’t after a wasted trip to the office for his pick-up appointment. He had to have second molds done due to teeth shifting. He accidentally tossed his retainer, thankfully we had insurance; however, upon arrival to the appointment, no retainer due to someone dropping the ball on ordering. He’s missed several morning periods at school due to the inept ordering of his retainers or scheduling. We absolutely loved this experience!!!! They were all so kind , pricing was amazing. Something I could definitely afford. My daughter decided 10 min before close she wanted braces and they did it ! They stayed and put braces on her . Not many would do something like that . We absolutely loved this experience and are so glad we decided to do this .

The staff here is incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. I’m thrilled to begin treatment and see the results. The new doctor and the entire team are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help me achieve the smile I’ve always wanted.

very great staff sweet the lady that show you the tour n take x ray is the best my daughter love her, we got everything done the same day something i didn’t expect but i like them a lot.
