August 2025 update: I'd like to add Dr. Han and Heather to this review, after they were so wonderful to me today during a tooth extraction surgery. They were so patient and kind and made sure that the procedure was painless. Thank you so very much! I am so glad I found this practice. --------- I had a great first visit with Dr. Sarah Lee in July 2025. Very pleased with the time she took to understand what's been going on with my teeth this year. Then she developed a plan to get things back in order. The dental hygienist and Smile Designer's front desk/billing professional, Kim were also so kind and helpful.

I honestly don’t know how I got so blessed to have the most amazing, caring, professional, and quite honestly the best dentist of all times. Dr. Han is hands down the best Dentist. I have a fear of Dentist and I won’t lie. I was very scared. The first time I went to him. And he knew I was nervous and he took his time with me and walked me through every procedure that he was doing and this Man took away all my fears. If you want hands down, I wish there were more stars than five to put on here. This is the dentist you wanna go to I promise you, you will not regret it. Thank you, Dr. Han for making my smile. Very happy! Wonderful staff! Patient and kind. Kim, Heather and Dr. Lee took great care of me. Making my appointment was easy, finding the office was simple, parking was great! Dr. Lee explained everything very thoroughly which is something that is much needed in any patient care. She gave great eye contact, made sure I understood what was happening and what the plan was. It was a calm and professional experience. This will be my new Virginia dental office. Thank you for a wonderful transition from out of state.

Dr Lee is just amazing. I can’t express that enough. I’ve always had massive dental fears, and the condition of my teeth didn’t make my anxiety about it any better. Dr Lee didn’t bash me for neglecting my mouth. She made me feel comfortable and fully explained a treatment plan. She’s very caring about your comfort while you’re in her chair. The entire staff is wonderful. They truly treat you like you’re an old friend. When I was trying to find a new dentist I went in full of terrifying fears, but I really needed a dentist. Kim at the front desk talked with me for at least an hour about anything and everything until I was comfortable enough to make an appointment.
