Very attentive and respectful. I had to reschedule because of funds but the doctor and staff was very understanding. I was in for upper molar toothaches and was told that I would need two extractions. Cavities below the gumline:(

I’ve been seeing Ramon for a while now and he is truly exceptional every single visit. He always remembers the details about my teeth and where my sensitivity areas are, and he is incredibly gentle around those spots, which I really appreciate. He’s also great at giving home care tips that actually help me keep things on track between cleanings. My teeth always feel amazing afterwards. On top of that, he’s always on time and super respectful of my schedule. I genuinely look forward to my cleanings with him. Ramon is the best hygienist I’ve ever had.

I made an appointment at Smile Design. I came in early to get the paperwork done. My appt. time was 2pm .The waiting room was nearly full. By 2:30, I was practically the only one still sitting there.People had come in after me, and were taken in. No one ever said" oh just a few more minutes". No one ever even spoke to me. The desk gal should have said something. Finally a man who was waiting for his wife said," wow, , people came in long after you and they are already in !" THAT was it. I got up, told the desk gal, cancel my appointment , It's not reasonable to wait 35 minutes for your 1st visit. She said "ok, want to reschedule?' .. she didn't even realize I was upset., not "sorry", not "oh my gosh let me see what happened". Having run my own business my whole life I cannot fathom tre

I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but today I truly felt the need to do it. Going to the dentist has always been traumatic for me… until today. I was seen by my hygienist, Liannet and from the moment she greeted me with that warm smile, I felt safe. She explained my entire treatment clearly and helped me understand why I need to come back every 4 months. Her gentle touch, professionalism, and the care she puts into her work make all the difference. You are incredible. They just gained a patient for life.
