My crown fell out and I called Dr. Buckley's office's because my current dentist couldn't see me until next week. The staff was able to make an appointment for the same day. The entire staff was so nice and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Buckley was the best. The out of pocket price was very reasonable. Thank you for helping me!

I absolutely love Dr. Buckley and his entire staff I’ve been a patient at his office for over ten years and he sees myself and my entire family. I would never trust anyone else with our dental needs! They’re always super professional, kind, and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience always.

First visit. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Accomplished each item that was needed. Note to specialist was sent to determine whether a root canal was needed. (Had that visit today and the answer is no.) Next appointment at Smile is 3/5 for crown. Very satisfied.

I got my very first filling ever today at Smile Design Tampa Palms. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming and I was seen within minutes of walking in. I was super nervous but Dr Buckley did such a great job explaining everything to me and emphasizing that if anything I was in any pain, discomfort, or just needed a break that he would stop immediately. The procedure was quick and painless. Thank you Smile Design!

Don’t even know where start. The front office staff and Dr Buckley are not honest. They lied about submitting the entire procedure to our insurance for pre determination. Only to find out they did not and left off multiple times which we had to cover out of pocket. When we talked to our insurance and our Care credit we then submitted complaints. After the complaints the office staff wrote disrespectfully and racist letter threatening us that they will report us to credit bureau. They also tried to bill us every month for 10 months for items that were already paid saying that we were late. It took multiple calls. Multiple letters and plenty of time to correct. One of the veneers fell off on the way home and was almost swallowed. Dr Buckley was very impatient and disrespectful and rud
