Wonderful dental office with an amazing team. From the front desk, Valerie and Bianca are always kind, attentive, and welcoming. Dr. McLoughin is truly special — he actually takes the time to talk, listen, and explain, not rushing from one patient to another like in so many offices. A big thank you to Soheila, the doctor’s assistant, and Tehaniz, the hygienist, for their care and professionalism. This office is very customer-friendly, modern, and professional. Highly recommend!

Everything was fine I walked in waited about 30 min. Was taken to a room, all xrays were done real fast. The dental hygienist came in and checked like she was rushing. I didn't go there for cleaning I went for tooth extraction. A dentist came not even 2 min and said he couldn't take the tooth out. I would have to wait to see the surgeon. Next I was forgotten in the room for an hour no one checked on me. I had to call from my phone to their office. I told the lady they left me here and forgot about me. The front desk person came to give me prices. But no one told me anything. Then she told me that she had to let the surgeon know about me and will let me know if he can take out the teeth. But initially that's who they said would do it. It was a mess no one was clear in anything. The say they

First time seeing a dentist in a long time. They made me feel comfortable. They were all really nice. And they took great care of my teeth. Walked out feeling great! The dental hygienist was amazing! She cleaned my teeth SO well. I wish i remembered her name so i could shout her out! Thank you!

The receptionist was friendly and I love my hygienist; Tehaniz Cudemo; she is always very pleasant and always has a happy disposition. I was very disappointed in the fact that I was told when I arrived that the office switched over to a new computer system and that my information was not in the system and was told I had to fill out all the forms again. Even though I arrived 10 minutes ahead of time for my appointment it took an additional 13 minutes out of my appointment time to fill out the forms and it made me late for an appointment that I had scheduled after the cleaning. I would have appreciated some notice ahead of time stating that I needed to go in earlier to fill out the paperwork. The reminder text only states if you were a new patient you needed to fill out the forms ahead of

I have had a deep cleaning the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Today I went for second appointment and had a crown performed by Dr Ibrahim he makes you feel at home hes very thorough, friendly, caring, professional, and dedicated to his work. He always makes sure during the procedure to ask if you are doing good and makes sure you are not having any pain.
