I booked a dental-cleaning appointment with them through Zocdoc and arrived on time, only to be told that their system connection with Zocdoc “wasn’t working,” meaning I actually had no appointment. After waiting 30 minutes, they asked for my dental X-rays. I provided them, but they didn’t seem pleased and then told me I needed to schedule a separate exam before the cleaning—and that the cleaning would have to be on a different day. It felt like a tactic to maximize insurance charges. Save your time and money and look for another place.

I had a dental emergency and needed to save my tooth. I decided to visit this clinic because it was within walking distance. At first glance, the place seemed modest and unremarkable, but the service turned out to be truly excellent. From the very first appointment, I was fortunate to meet an outstanding doctor and assistant, to whom I am deeply grateful. They carefully explained everything I needed to know about the restoration process, provided me with a clear treatment plan, and referred me to Endodontic Specialists for a root canal. (I highly recommend the location on Amberly Dr; they performed the procedure so smoothly and painlessly that I barely realized when it was over!) Anxiety kept me from going to the dentist for longer than I would like to admit. Smile Design gave me such an amazing experience after a terrible one at another dentist. They made me feel so comfortable and renewed my feelings about going to the dentist. I feel happy knowing I will likely stay here for a long time! The staff is kind and really does go out of their way to make sure your visit goes well. You can tell they gave their patient’s best interest.
