Smile Design is a friendly customer service oriented dental office. The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. Dr. Thomas is very professional and friendly. She is the type of Doctor that listens to the patients concerns. Met a few other staff members as well Jessica, Laura, Jose and Gladys whom also were very pleasant and friendly. I recommend this Dental group was mu first time visit and walked out feeling like I been a patient for years. Definitely was worth the drive will be going back soon!

Very impressed by my experience at this dental office. I made sure to ask the office manager for the names of those that helped me because they deserve recognition. Janeris, Jessica, Jose and Sasha were all very professional and friendly. I felt very well cared for. Also thank you to Dr Fajardo.

What a shame that the reception staff doesn’t have more training in customer service and respect for others. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment due to the excessive traffic at four and Highway 27 on New Year’s Eve day. GPS said it would take me 30 minutes from my house but yet I still scheduled 45 and it took over 60 minutes due to the accident. The staff put another person in my appointment did not call me to see if there was an issue and of course it is unsafe to use our phone in such congestive traffic. Yes, I should have looked up the phone number while driving g??? 🤷‍♀️ Why did the staff not put me in the appointment of the person and just switch us? Well, they lost a customer forever and their condescending response to me was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. So, my c

The only criticism I have is making sure your clients, after in my case, my teeth cleaning, you focus on getting them out of your office in a timely fashion. The last two times I have been in for cleanings I have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes in the waiting area to.pay, and in both cases I had to return to the window asking to pay so.i could leave and then only at that point I was taken care of. I shouldn't have to remind you to take my money.

There has been an issue with their system and when I called today I spoke to the office manager who was extremely rude. I asked to speak to someone else and she stated there was no one else I can talk to! I was expressing my frustration with my daughter who goes there as well and she stated she got an attitude as well! I been going there with no problem until this office manager decide to use her title like she was above anyone…
