Absolutely unprofessional staff at the front of the office. After waiting for an hour in the office (past my scheduled time) the receptionist finally showed up and told me that the price I was told when I was making an appointment has doubled for some cosmetic filling that I don’t even need. All because she didn’t know who gave me the price at the time I made an appointment. She kept asking who did like if I am the one who is supposed to know the names of people working in the office. What a mess. I would avoid them. Will money gauge and waste your time. Also not my first time waiting for an hour to get finally seen. Like somebody else said absolutely zero stars

I had a feeling repaired and the dentist assured me he would not hit the nerve. Now I'm in pain and need a root canal. I've heard the nurses complaining about not having proper materials for procedure's. I believe this is what happened to me.

This is my second year coming to this clinic, and every visit has been amazing. This year, I was seen by Dr. Al Kaissey, who provided exceptional care. My wife was also seen by him and shared very positive comments about the quality of his service. The entire staff is also wonderful—friendly, professional, and supportive.

This dentist office deserves ZERO stars. The front desk staff is completely unprofessional and inefficient. I scheduled an appointment for my 7-year-old daughter a week in advance, providing all necessary insurance details and full social security numbers. I arrived early for her 1 PM appointment, only to be told by the receptionist that they had no record of our appointment and that it was likely at another office. When I showed her the confirmation text with the address, she admitted that she was the one that had canceled the appointment the prior morning due to insurance verification issues. This place deserves more than 5 stars. From the moment you walk in and you meet Lydia, the receptionist, she speaks to you with kindness and makes you feel comfortable. I am personally terrified of going to the dentist but promised myself to overcome this fear. At Smile Dental SD they make it easy for you to feel at ease with any procedure. I’ve had fillings, deep cleaning , crowns … and every time Doctor Gamboa makes sure to ask me how I am doing .Doctor and assistants are very professional and considerate of any questions I might have. I really like how Erica, the manager, explains with extreme detail what the plan is of the work done that day. How payment works and What insurance covers. She’s really great. I love this place.
