My sister just went there to get a root canal and the doctor michael dounel was very rude. he started off okay but he started to rush my sister when she was signing her forms. She never got to finish signing everything in which the doctor snatched the forms from her. He was clearly in some sort of rush. My sister is a very anxious person and there was no sense of calm with him, he seemed irritated and was in no way gentle. she had 4 cavities and for some reason he only wanted to do 1 per session (which has never happened to me when i got my root canals) but i understand everyone does it differently. After the procedure my sister was rushed out and was/is still in pain. I just don’t understand how a tooth that JUST got its literal nerves removed still hurts as bad as it does for her. I’m ju

They cancel my appointment and inform me 15 minutes before . Very unprofessional because I called out for work and they want to reschedule . Excuse was because dentist doctor call in sick. Like why can't someone else do it,can't be only one person. Just choosing some where else. Not worth being there or making an appointment there .

Profoundly disorganized. Most of the appointments I’ve made at this place, I’ve received a text later (usually many days later) that they’re actually closed that day. The dentists themselves are inconsistent. Some have rushed to set appointments to have my wisdom teeth removed, others have said they can’t be removed because they're attached to my jaw. The most frustrating part is how cavalier they are about patient health. Even with their constant scheduling mistakes and absurd wait times, they expect you to remain infinitely patient, and not mention the fact that all these delays have negative health impacts. Not an appropriate way for a medical provider to behave. This causes people to actively avoid dentist.

The tech was not trained well. She had to take more than 50 shots of X-Ray from my dad, a cancer survivor. Now imagine the amount of radiation this man has received. After horrible service, he tried to go to another office and I requested x rays from this office to minimize further radiation for this man. It has been a month. I have been mailed at least 8 times and called at least 30 times, but have yet to get the X-rays. Would not go back. Would not recommend.
