Smile Dental

My crown fell out which Dr. Kim did a little over year ago. After reattach crown back, while I was paying, I asked warrant policy. It was simple question not that I wanna have free doughnuts or anything. I just worried after couple of thousand dollars spent, it fell out in a year. His response was not friendly. Also he mentioned I did not have regular cleaning for so many years. I did. I visit dentist every 6 months but not Smile dental. What kind of question is that?

I had a pleasant experience at Smile Dental. Dr. Chul was friendly and well-informed. Surprisingly, Dr. Chul conducted my cleaning himself! I was impressed since I've never had a dentist do this before. It gave me peace of mind knowing that I was in the care of an expert dentist instead of an oral hygienist. 10/10

Dr Kim seemed friendly however, I had many issues with a botton rt canine tooth. I got nowhere slowly in getting the problem resolved. There was another occasion when he was doing some work on a molar tooth when he forcefully push my lower jaw to his desired position. (BRUTAL) I would not dare spend another dollar with this guy, and I encourage you to be Very concerned!

So far I can’t complain about Dr Kim after many years of being a patient , he has been a good and honest . That is always appreciated.
