Smile Central Dental Passaic

My experience here is fabulous. I’ve never experienced any issues bringing any of my 8 children here. The staff here are very professional, yet I want to recognize Karen she goes above and beyond she very attentive to the children. She’s always patient! Also Dr G he’s amazing . Thanks for all you guys do !!!

Karen was great and sweet with my daughter to the point that my daughter enjoyed her dental cleaning, which at first she was nervous but Karen made her feel at ease that made the whole process go smooth. Thank you

DONT GOO TO THEM! they aren’t careful with anesthesia dental care. they are supposed to inform you what happens when a child bites themselves and what to do after in case it does happen. they told me about it after i went back for them to check my child’s lip bump. it was AWFUL. they let me go without antibiotics and gave me other instructions on what to do. but those instructions weren’t enough! i took my child to the doctors and they were disappointed and couldn’t believe the dentist didn’t do ANYTHING ABOUT IT! it wasn’t normal to leave it like that! i asked my own dentist today for help and they were very DISAPPOINTED as well and gave me something to treat her lip bump! i would post pictures but it looks TERRIBLE. a mothers worst nightmare!

I had an appointment on Saturday at 1pm and was 30 minutes late which I take responsibility for since I went to Paterson location instead of Passaic location. Angelica at the front desk said I would have to reschedule since they close at 2pm. I would have understood if the website did not say they close at 3pm. She was very calm and sweet and out of her control. However, the other receptionist Angela who was not at the front at the time was giggling in the back with another employee made my son and I extremely uncomfortable to the point he did not want to be seen. The supervisor Melissa said the hygienist leave at 2. I than asked who does marketing because the website says 3pm closing. She said the owner who comes once a year. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding my daughter’s recent visit to your practice for a tooth extraction. What transpired during the procedure was not only alarming but posed a serious risk to her safety. During the extraction, the needle became stuck in my daughter’s mouth. While I understand that working with children can be challenging, and they may move during procedures, the fact that the needle came out of the numbing device is completely unacceptable. Mistakes like this simply cannot happen. To make matters worse, when I asked about the needle being stuck, I was not informed of what had actually happened.
