Smile Center of Orlando

This was my first visit at the Smile Center. My wife and son are current patients and highly recommended Dr Altamore and his team. I was greeted by a friendly and professional office staff. I had a thorough cleaning done and was examined by Dr. Altamore who went over a follow up treatment plan. I highly recommend the Smile Center for their caring and up to date facility! 5 stars

My family and I have been going to this office for close to 15 years. I have nothing bad to say about Dr. John he is wonderful, however, I recently went in for a simple tooth extraction which I was charged for upfront before the procedure they determined during the procedure that it was not as extensive as they might have thought and realized that they had overcharged me. They then told me they would refund me the large amount I expected this amount to be refunded to my card within 7 to 10 business days like normal refunds when that didn’t happen I called and asked and they told me their billing department would take 4 to 6 weeks to refund me which is an outrageous timeframe on its own. It has now been three months. And I have contacted them multiple times regarding this refund. About two

Had a really great experience at smile Center of Orlando today. I was able to schedule my first appointment easily. They did a full exam and they did an initial teeth cleaning. Everyone was friendly and experienced. This was a great first time visit for me.
