Smile Center Dental

This was the least thorough dental appointment I’ve ever had. They didn’t even floss! The exam for cavities was maybe 2 seconds - no joke - a literal glance. Just quick scraping and very quick polishing. Not thorough at all - I feel like it was a waste of an appointment. I also had planned to go around my day off, and made sure they took my insurance ahead of time, but they called the morning of and said I had to set them as my dentist, which takes 3 week - so I had to reschedule. So inconvenient. I went here because of the convenient location, but I think it’s worth the trip to go somewhere else. The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was friendly. Also, no photos because there’s signs everywhere that phones aren’t allowed.

Super quick and painless trip to the dentist. I my experience at 3 other offices, I've always had to wait for a long time to be seen. Almost as soon as I finished my new patient paperwork, they were ready to have me (and I showed up early to the appointment). The girls at the front desk were personable and comical. The dentist was incredibly nice (and admittedly, easy to look at while getting a teeth cleaning lol). Even though I was in and out quickly, the staff made no sacrifices to make sure I had great service. Is it weird to say that I look forward to my next dental appointment???

Worst dental appointment I ever had. The front desk and dental assistance makes this place look legitimate.The dentist was the rudest dentist I have ever encountered. I had to tell the dentist that her tone was coming off aggressive after she told me I could find another dentist if I didn't want her advice. I explained to her that she was talking-to me in a demeaning fashion and she blamed it on her talking fast. It was unprofessional as well as rude. I did get my teeth cleaned because I needed it but it is hard to take someone advice (dental opinion) when the dentist comes across hostile and defensive. It was a bit off putting to say the least. Anyone coming to this office will be getting subpar treatment because of the location. They don't seem to respect their clientele.

I had an very unpleasant experience here two years ago. I was a new patient going in for a regular cleaning. The doctor literally left in the middle of the cleaning and forgot about me while I was in the chair. He started the cleaning, did the bottom row for half my mouth, and then LEFT. To tend to another patient? Whose needs superseded my own? In the middle of a cleaning?! I've never had that happen before. Terribly unprofessional. On top of everything, when he came back, he was like "Ok, you're all done." I'm like "But, you left before you finished. You didn't even touch my left side . . ." And then he spent a cursory 5-10 minutes cleaning the remaining side. Totally unconvincing. Also, this was probably the first time I had a cleaning after which I wasn't sure whether my teeth were a

Terrible service. The dentist canceled my first appointment. I reschedule it, I was running 15 minutes behind. Because I got busy on my work. I called them to let them know about it. I arrived to my appointment and the dentist had left already. Trashy service!
