When my front tooth crown came off I was in full panic mode, I wasn't going anywhere with a front tooth missing! My image was at stake. I called first thing in the morning, explained the situation, and they got me in that very same day. That level of responsiveness meant everything to me. From the moment I walked in the staff was professional, reassuring, and genuinely caring. Dr. Fernandez handled everything quickly and skillfully, explaining what happened and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I had a wonderful visit today! I see why my husband likes it so much! I’m glad he introduced me to this dental office. Dr. Fernandez is very efficient and kind and he shows that he cares his patients.

Thank you for replying. I did return several times, including meeting with the lab staff, but my concerns were consistently dismissed. I was told the dentures looked fine even though I clearly experienced issues with fit, alignment, and speech. At that point, I felt I had no choice but to stop going because I wasn’t being listened to. My review reflects that experience so others are aware. I had a very disappointing experience here. After waiting almost four months for my upper dentures, what I received was crooked, caused an overbite, made me whistle when I talk, and still requires adhesive to stay in place. the women who is answer the phone. she is rude!!!!! she needs know how she talk to with new patient. she sounds like new patient have to come whenever they tell. or maybe she looks down on me because I'm not American and don't speak fluent English? They need put "no more new patient" on website. but i dont want to go to there anyway.

Dr. Fernandez is the best dentist I found since relocating to GA. He's courteous, knowledgeable and address all my concerns. The entire staff Trish, AJ, Mindy & Holly was professional and made me feel comfortable, welcomed and unjudged. This location was clean/ spotless. My plan of care and billing were explained in detail with no surprises. I only seen 5 stars to rate them, If there were a rating of 10, l would give it to them.
