Edit Dr. Ryan ran out without notice. I got called to come meet the new doctor! I refused also he used to talk about how much he loved her receptionist. Sorry sweetie doing your nails in front of patients and not caring or good at your job. I know I am a receptionist as well!!!
This department is just terrible. The receptionist hates her job, which I get the health care field is stressful and toxic. But the least you could do is pickup the phone. It seems like they choose which hours to work even when they are suppose to be there 8:30-5. Just shorten your hours then. She calls and never leaves a voicemail, so you have no idea why she called in the first place. Then when you call back she is annoyed. If its information that does not need a conversation just leave a voicemail. If work is so horrible why create more work for yourself. Now instead of being able to leave a voicemail they've decided to forward their calls to a different department. Im guessing to avoid voicemails and phone calls altogether now.
