SMC Pharmacy

I’ve been using SMC Pharmacy for many years and my medication’s have always been shipped to me. I’ve never had any issues, my medication’s always arrive on time, and if I ever do have to call (which is very rare) the pharmacist’s and the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. Wonderful pharmacy!

Brandy, the phone representative of this company, is the epitome of someone who hates her job. From the moment she picks up, you can tell you are beneath her, and anything you need help with, you can guarantee she will not care. On top of this, their medical delivery service is incompetent and did not deliver our medicine, though they said it was delivered. Now after 10+ calls with SMC, we are REQUIRED to go to our insurance company, on our own time, to solve this, ourselves. Please, if you care about yourself and your own mental sanity, stay as far away from this abomination of a pharmacy as you possibly can.

This pharmacy is fairly inconsistent and has slightly deteriorated over the years. I have been using them for at least four years every time I speak to them they act like I am a new customer. Sometimes they are accommodating other times they are not at all. Some of their staff is very friendly. Some are super rude when issues arise such as them not being able to obtain a medication they really will not advise or give you any information leaving you without your prescription. They also used to submit prior authorizations. It seems like they have stopped doing that. More recently, I am thinking about finding another Pharmacy

The worst experience I have ever had with the pharmacy. It is already two weeks that they are trying to deliver my medication but I didn’t receive them. Now I received a massage that they delivered my medication but I received nothing. I was requesting a call but they did not call me. First time I m having this kind of attitude. I am ready to change the doctor and let them know that because of this pharmacy my whole experience with the clinic ruined. Just please don’t deal with this pharmacy!!!

Called for a new prescription send by my dermatologist and Joe the one answering the phone was so rude and condescending when I asked him questions regarding my prescription. His attitude was merely we don’t need you you need us. People like him have no business interacting with customers. For all the money they charge for dermatology medication they should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such incompetent rude staff.
