SmartScript Pharmacy

I’ve had the same issue’s others have had with the inconsistency in potency between doses and monthly fills. I received ketamine troches in the mail through Joyous, which are produced by this company. I’ve recently canceled my subscription with Joyous because I’ve read too many bad reviews about the potency issues. When you’re dealing with people’s mental health, there needs to be consistency. I’ve also read that there’s some kind of family relationship between the owners of Joyous and SmartScript. It makes sense now that this isn’t some big company that’s running like a well oiled machine. Seems to me like a cash grab taking advantage of the laws allowing companies to sell ketamine to people as a mental health treatment. Great concept, but very poor execution by Joyous and SmartScript.

The staff at Smart Script is awesome. They really want the extra mile and help me to get my medication out ASAP because I was leaving on vacation in a few days in order to be able to Get my medication shipped before I left on my flight and they’re always so kind and nice every time I can talk to them on the phone thanks again Guys you guys rock. First couple experiences were good, now I’ve been hung up on, requested next day delivery as soon as they opened, reached out again and nothing had been done. Asked for my overnight payment to be refunded, was told no. So, went to my bank and they’re getting my money for me, will not be using again.

I rarely write negative reviews but I've been getting my joyous prescription from this pharmacy and let me tell you that this pharmacy has had the most inconsistent strength in their dosage when it comes to ketamine... When taking meds it needs to be consistent and it hasn't!!!! I wish joyous would change pharmacies!!!!

Great experience at first with them with their troches but noticed just over a year ago they no longer list Techna base on the purple sheet that comes in the mail with the medication. Shortly after this I noticed the medication seemed to be less potent as well. I think they switched to a cheaper generic base. Ever since then I noticed it's a lot more waxy and the medicine seems to have less effect. The Techna base was a little bit gritty but seemed to release the medication much more effectively and not block it's effects. Please switch back to the better troche base! Everything else is great! (Also, consider adding lemon and grapefruit and berry flavors to the lineup) Edit Feb 2026... It seems like with the last few refills they have changed back to a better base that is less wax
