SmartClinic Urgent Care

I had a really positive experience at this urgent care. When I arrived, there was no one in the lobby and I was checked in immediately. The receptionist at the front desk was incredibly polite, respectful, and helpful, which made a great first impression. The staff in the back were just as wonderful—very kind, professional, and attentive. The doctor was amazing as well. She took her time, listened carefully, and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The whole team worked together to make the visit quick, smooth, and stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this place if you need urgent care

Special thank to the 3 people that help Analuz who I first came in contact with she was able to notice that was having trouble breathing Michelle who brought me in and started with my breathing treatment they both wher very nice the Dr Trinh Tuyen they were very lovely staff. This place is a joke. I went in because I have an infection which is already being treated, but I noticed a slightly elevated heart rate (plus I was anxious going into the Dr for a second time that day) and I just wanted to make sure everything was good. They kept insisting I was complaining of palpations, which I was not. An elevated heart rate is not the same as a palpation. They did an EKG, the nurse was nice. The doctor came in and kept putting words in my mouth, talking more than she listened. I had to correct her about why I was there multiple times and reiterate things when she forgot what I just said to her only seconds ago (which is likely because she simply wasn't paying attention to anything I said). Kind, curteous, efficient, was about 13 minutes from walking in to talking with NP spent about 25 minutes in here total and only because i needed to use restroom after. Fastest compassionate care ive ever gotten at a clinic. If it makes any difference, i went in around 11

This was the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I arrived at 4:05 PM on Friday, 4/4/25, to check in, and was told by the front desk staff that they were closing early and I should come back tomorrow—even though they’re supposed to close at 4:30 PM. When I questioned it, she claimed all the rooms were full with patients. Just a minute later, another staff member came out and said the rooms were actually empty and there were no doctors inside. The staff were disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly not honest about the situation. Complete waste of time. Avoid this place if you actually need care.
