My experience here has been nothing but great. Everyone is very professional, polite, and accommodating. During my first consultation, he gave me several options, as I had just lost a front tooth and was missing a molar. Each visit since then has been better as I’ve gotten used to my braces. If I ever needed to come in for an unscheduled visit, they always made it work. I highly recommend them!

The anxiety and forethought’s were really at an all time high. Just the thought of going to an orthodontist is scary. Nonetheless today was a pleasure to receive treatment and service from Bria and Taye. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. The doctor was meticulously trained and knowledgeable about my concerns. I will be back and have made a future appointment as well. If you’re on the fence about seeing Dr. Smith, just do it. You won’t regret it.

Sent my wife here for services and as a man I got to say I'm disappointed. To listen to the dentist willing to remove my wife braces she had for a year and refund her than to make a small accommodation, one she asked for to avoid having to come back between appointments. Willing to refund a few thousand for a couple hundred. I heard him say several times it's his office and he run things, this is about ego. I'm paying a few thousand and she can't be accommodated where you all making her have to come back before it's time. We in a society where men treat women as second class citizens Do as I say. Sad to see

I regret getting my services done here. I despise businesses that act as if an employee can't have an off day or get something wrong. It's like customers don't have the right to raise concerns and are attacked for it. This is disappointing, you spend your hard money and expect service a certain way which becomes an issue the moment you don't agree. To be clear Dr. Smith was willing to take the braces off for free and refund everything I paid but made it seem like the issue was a couple hundred for an appointment that didn't happen. Pay double today or else I take off your braces off for free and refund you a couple thousand. Make sense right? Comparing dental work to financing a car. A car doesn't get tuned up every 6 weeks. Staff is friendly and provides a welcoming environment. Dr.Smith is very detailed and take the time to explain what is needed to be done. He’s open to answering questions and work with your timing. As a new patient I highly recommend
