The redheaded male optometrist kept making unsocial and impolite comments during my appt. The staff was otherwise really sweet with me. Came to Costco optical bc I thought the appt and eyewear would be better priced but the experience made that part irrelevant. Maybe he had a bad day?

I was seen literally in the first five minutes of getting there. Super punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. Answered my questions and gave me the correct prescription for my eyes since my last eye doctor messed up. I’ve been struggling to see, but can’t wait to order my new glasses. Thank you!

He has been at this location for over 15 years and has a consistent following. First time seeing Dr. Sloas. I did feel a bit rushed since I’m new to the eye doctor and don’t know the optical verbiage or procedure. Would have appreciated a bit more time and explanation. I didn’t even have to read the letters through the lens. It was more of like which line of letters do you see better? Never experienced this from an eye doctor in the past. He did refer me to a specialist for a possible condition which I thank him for. I wish I would have experienced the kind, patient and bedside manner doctor described on these comments. He wasn’t rude just made me feel like a number. Haven’t received my glasses so don’t know how the prescription worked out.
