Slingsby and Huot Eye Associates

Courteous staff. Professional. Excellent exam. Very thorough. Only problem was that I was there too long. 2 hours total. The secondary waiting room is small and very crowded. I spent , what I thought, too much time waiting during this appointment. Other than that I appreciate this clinic and I would, and already have, recommend Slingsby Eye to others in the Blackhills area.

I was looking for an ophthalmologist for my eye care and was referred to Slingsby and Huot and met Cris Matthews PA. She is fantastic and knows what she is talking about! The entire experience is so professional and caring! Patient first services is outstanding!!

Staff were all friendly and answered questions with patience and thoroughness. Dr Slingsby was steady and sure, knowledgeable, and made sure I had all the information needed before and after the procedure. The entire survival team was spot on and I cannot give enough kudos to everyone involved. Thank you for a calm and professional experience.

After experiencing intensified vision problems, they worked me in a month earlier than my scheduled appointment. Although the waiting room was full when I got there, I didn’t have to wait long before I was called to go back to the exam room area. The staff was very nice and friendly. After my various eye tests were completed, I was directed to a smaller waiting room to wait to see Dr. Huot. While waiting, I had a pleasant conversation with other patients who were also waiting. Very pleasant experience.
