Sleep Center of Nevada

I had a referral for this center and an appointment scheduled to pick up equipment for an at-home sleep study. The appointment was confirmed, and I got a call explaining that I would come and pick up the equipment and needed to download a special app. I go to my appointment, and the woman at the desk can't find my referral. I showed her my doctor's patient portal where the referral shows as being sent as well as my doctor's information. She said she needed the actual referral. I asked if she could contact my doctor and have them send it. She said no. I called my doctor. They said they sent the referral. The woman told me referrals don't expire until they are a year old. I wish that I had read the reviews before wasting my time and money. The staff are unprofessional and rude. It is very discouraging when a medical office that is supposed to help makes you feel not welcomed and disrespected. They took two payments one to see the doctor and the other one to give you a sleep study machine for your finger that doesn’t work. Was told that manager would call me but never received a call. And definitely do not try to call the office always a long wait and you are put on hold immediately. Don’t waste your time with this place!!

not used a doctor for a sleep study in 30 years, finally went, did the study with a ring, all well and good... BUT the lack of staff or just office follow-ups seems to drag their feet hard. I was told I was getting a supplier and a few days later I requested a new supplier. I have the right to do so... they agreed. that was on the 5th... come the 17th I I asked if this had been done yet, they said it had not, and it would be done by Friday... it is now the 26th... sill not done... They told me it will be looked into again... my Reply " I wont Hold My Breath " come next week I will seek out a new place if it is not resolved. Don’t waste your time. They use the SleepImage app for at home studies which doesn’t work reliably. I was told I’ll need to redo the study because of a malfunction with the app/device. Of course they keep the copay fee. Also getting CPAP supplies is impossible. Their DME department never returns calls or voice mailbox is full.

Called numerous times over 3 weeks and left multiple voicemails and emails and have yet to receive a call back to schedule a sleep study. Terrible scheduling. Am asking for a referral to go somewhere else
