DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I was a patient here for many years, starting from before it got bad. I finally walked out after the front desk staff BERATED me in the waiting room with other patients present for THEIR mistake on a doctor’s note. They NEVER answer the phone. I swear the fax machine is not actually hooked up to anything because nothing ever goes through. Lazy, mean, and incredibly unprofessional behavior. The front desk staff can get away with murder and Dr. Feinberg enables it. It’s almost like they want the office to close. Dr. Feinberg is also a bit of a doofus. Nice enough guy but has no idea what he’s doing.

Doctor is great! Staff is another story. For three months now I had to call to reschedule my appointments due to my work schedule, called everyday and left messages and never get a call back. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I don’t understand how there are at least three people sitting there every month I go in but no one answers the phones. I call first thing in the morning, throughout the whole day and before they close. NO ANSWER! No call backs. I even told them I have been out of my meds for a week now, yes that’s my fault for having to reschedule but come on now. If I didn’t like the doctor so much, I would definitely be looking for another place.

I see lots of bad reviews here. They seem better that the other sleep specialists on Kaiser Blvd but the office staff could be a little friendlier. I mean, come on, that office is not busy so the staff should not be stressed. I am going for my next sleep study, this time with a mask, next week. I will update this as I go along. Update 26 April 2019. Been waiting for my machine since July 12 2018. These people are idiots. Best to go to the Reading Hospital sleep center.

The staff here is incredibly rude. They won't schedule an appointment without a referral of which we do not need for our insurance. Our family doctor sends the requested info and then we call for an appointment only to be told they won't schedule one after 3pm. There is no option for someone who works for a living. What a disappointment especially after the doctors come highly recommended.

I have been trying to deal with the office and not having much luck. It is incredibly frustrating that they would not be more helpful. I feel horrible because I was rude in turn (and will be apologizing ) but just to get a response took four tries and even then was treated rudely. Depending on which office you are near and whether there is another option, you might do better trying the other option. I should add that this is not a complaint towards the doctor, but mainly the office staff.
