Slavins Hancock Pharmacy

TLDR: incredibly frustrating and unable to fulfill their promise of delivering to local residents in Stamford. Nearly impossible to ever get medication in a timely manner. Previously I had left a very positive review, after this pharmacy had corrected a mistake they made. However, I can no longer leave a good review for this pharmacy as I have had multiple issues with them that are incredibly frustrating. I live in Stamford, and am able to have my medication delivered to me. The last two times I have requested this, they tell me my medication will be delivered by 6pm. Both times they have not delivered my meds at all that day and neglect to contact me. The next day, they deliver my meds after I call and ask what happened. I went to pick up my Medicine and the Lady at the front desk Abigail, was very unprofessional and rude. Not only could she not help me with my pick up but at that had slick comments to make and refused to give me the medicine until i asked to speak to the pharmacist. She denied my medication, but when he came my prescription was right in front of her . How disappointing, hope Slavins can do better next time so no one has to experience what i did.

I love this place. The pharmacy is excellent. They are kind, patient and pay attention to detail. I been using them for about a year for my mom's prescriptions, there is never a problem they are on top of automatic refills and their delivery service is excellent.

The best pharmacy in Stamford, no contest! They always have my prescriptions ready on time, every time, and they deliver. Unlike CVS, I never have to wait in line, call multiple times, or be without my medication for days because a clerk forgot to fill my order.
