Jake is phenomenal Physical Therapist. He’s very skilled, professional, kind and considerate. I started treatments with him when I could only raise my right arm about 10-12 inches and couldn’t hold any weight. I have a misaligned shoulder head from a bad fall. I’m 71. My orthopedic surgeon said I would improve to get to a 90 degree range of motion. In Jake’s care, my range of motion is now about 160 degrees and I’ve started back to my normal activities. I will continue working with Jake and doing my PT exercises until reaching my plateau. I’m excited knowing that my mobility, stamina and strength hasn’t plateaued yet. Thank you Jake!

Jake is such a great PT. His experience and knowledge on PT is evident. Jake presents science but holistic options to heal injuries. I’ve been going to Jake for cervical pain and I’ve been shocked at the difference it’s made. I’ve recommended him to friends and family members all who have been helped by his PT approaches and mindset. Highly recommend if you’re struggling with chronic or acute musculoskeletal pain. Jake is excellent at providing expert hands on Physical Therapy. He’s mobile and comes straight to your home, massage table and all. I particularly loved the hands on treatment and needling he does to release tight muscles. His bedside manner is super easy going and his goal is to help relieve his patients pain. Jake is always perfectly on time too and he quickly responds to messages. He also gives reminders which can be very helpful especially if you forget to add your appt to your calendar. I can’t recommend Jake enough. He’s awesome! Thanks for the pain relief Jake and for taking great care of me. 😀🤲
