Skylands Pediatrics - Primary Care Partners Affiliate

Always seem to leave frustrated. There is limited staff and only 2 doctors I would be willing to see. Unfortunately Sussex county is spaced out otherwise I would leave. The proximity is the only plus. I brought both children for an appointment and they cancelled one accidentally leaving me to entertain 2 toddlers for increased time while they try to get it together.

I got mono about 4 months ago and this facility didn’t make an effort to treat it correctly until it became concerning. I went here 3 times in 1 week just to get diagnosed by the end of the week. In the beginning, they gave me medicine that didn’t work and kept saying that I had some type of virus. It wasn’t until when my skin started turning yellow that they finally grew a concern for the type of condition I had. When my spleen and gallbladder started becoming more painful they decided to give me antibiotics and it made me worse. I broke out in a rash all over my body and had to go back 4 days later. Now, two weeks ago I visited them due to how congested and fatigued I was. All they prescribed me with was sudafed and only tested me for strep throat. I never got the sudafed in the pharmacy

We've been bringing our daughter to Skylands Pediatrics since she was born. We've seen every doctor on sight and love them all. The receptionists are kind, helpful, and always pleasant to interact with. The doctors listen, are quick yet thorough, and we're always seen at our appointment time.

Great experience from all providers as a student. Very kind to all of their patients.

I admit, I'm usually only motivated enough to write reviews when I'm upset. These guys have been taking excellent care of my sons for almost 5 years so they deserve some recognition. Every provider I have seen has always been respectful, listened, and made us feel valued. I have never felt rushed and dismissed here. They even called after hours to see how my youngest was doing when he was vomiting nonstop. Joe the nurse practitioner just did a great job helping my oldest with a cough that he had for almost a month. He knew exactly what was going on and he is now doing so much better. Thanks again to everyone there and sorry it took so long to write this!
