1800 Hendersonville Rd Asheville NC Growing up in the 1950s, most pharmacies were locally owned. The personal one-on-one service was phenomenal! By necessity, over the years, I had to get my prescriptions refilled by the big-box chain pharmacies. They did there jobs, but it seemed that I was a 'number' not a person. Very thankful that I discovered Skyland Pharmacy. Great to once again have a pharmacy like I had in the olden days!

I had a great experience with Skyland. The pharmacist was very helpful and considerate of what I needed, highly recommend going here over a big chain!

These are the nicest people, so much better than the chain pharmacies. I take a medication where I like a specific manufacturer, and I was filling it at Ingles. They switched manufacturers, and wouldn’t help me get the old manufacturer that I liked. Sona wouldn’t help me with it either. But these guys did it no problem, helped me out tremendously. Shop local!

I had to pickup a prescription yesterday for asthma medication. The doctor sent in the brand name which my insurance wouldn’t cover. Hiran made several phone calls to the doctor to get it corrected to generic. He went out of the way to help me. I’ve had instances going to a major national drugstore where this has happened. The pharmacy in them would have just filled the brand name prescription charging me a large amount. I wouldn’t have the customer service wouldn’t have been as good.

These guys have an amazing hometown feel, which can be hard to find in asheville. Their service is well valued by my family since 3 out of 4 are on meds. They present a very professional yet familiar atmosphere, and I have been using them for years now. Preferred by my Dr bc that's who her office usually uses. Right around the corner. They deliver when they can, they will fill when it's time, usually I don't have to ask, and they use distill packs, all my does for each day in a pack for a week. What a pleasure!!! Saves me a lot of time, and I'm always on the right day, if I forget, it's written on the pack!!! Thanks guys!!
