Sklar Family Dentistry

I don’t even know where to start to praise this practice. Not only is their work exceptional they truly care for their patients. The Saturday before Fourth of July my husband fell face first on concrete and knocked out several of his front teeth. He had recently had a stroke and is very tough to communicate with. Dr. Sklar And his wife came in on Sunday and performed the work needed to relieve my husband of the pain that he was in. They are so compassionate. You don’t find practices like this anymore!! Thank you to Dr. Sklar and your entire practice!!!

Dr Sklar and his office are great. He seems to be a conservative dentist, meaning he doesn't do unnecessary work to just make money. I had that issue at my previous dentist, and as you probably know, dental work leads to more dental work. Sometimes I would get a filling, and they did it too deep so then I need a root canal and a crown. Then eventually the root canal needs redone after several years. That sort of thing. That doesn't happen here. Also Dr Sklar is very nice and I was able to talk to him over a holiday weekend because I had a tooth infection emergency. He even called me personally to follow up. Dr. Sklar was highly recommended to me by a friend, and her suggestion was right on target. I went there today for the first time as a new patient. All staff members that I met are very pleasant, the hygienist (Linda) went out of her way to ensure that x-rays were done as easily as possible, and Dr. Sklar's exam was thorough, but done with a gentle touch. I have been going to Dr. Sklar for years and everyone at the office is always so nice and professional. I recently had to have a filling, the first time in about 10 years, so I was a bit nervous, but I can honestly say it was the easiest and most painless experience I've ever had at the dentist while getting work done.
